Description

Naive CD4+ T cells are the common precursors of multiple effector and memory T cell subsets and possess a high plasticity in terms of differentiation potential. Use SuperBeads® Human Naïve CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit to enrich purified naïve CD4+ T cells (CD3+CD4+CD45RA+CD45RO-) from fresh or previously frozen human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) by immunomagnetic negative selection. The kit depletes other kinds of cells. The negatively isolated Human Pan-ILC are left in the sample and have not been touched with the SuperBeads.
